Ingredients for 6 - 8 people

Make
a zabaglione (see the egg-flip
recipe) with yolks , sugar and Marsala
wine . Let cool . Put it in a bowl
and add remaining ingredients . I found
ready crumbed nougat by my pastry
shop , but to better
crumb nougat let it at least
one hour in the fridge . Mix carefully .

Put
in a sauce pan peaches (with their
peel) , lemon slice , sugar , cloves and
some water . Let cook over moderate heat
until peaches are tender . Let cool .

Peel
and cut apples into thin slices
and let aside . Whisk well sugar with
the egg then add flour at two
or three times and mix well . Add
lemon peel and baking-powder . Add some
melted butter (half weight) and milk .
Mix carefully apple slices with this
mixture .
