Ingredients for 4 people

Wash potatoes carefully and peel them
to obtain pretty long stripes , pretty thick .
Wet them lightly with some water and
put them in abundant flour shaking off
the excess .

Ingredients for 4 people
|
Peel and boil potatoes , mash them
and put in a mixer with tuna fish , butter
and the hard boiled yolk .

INSALATA CAPRICCIOSA

Ingredients for 4- 6 people
|
Put in
a bowl vegetables , the baked ham
and the Gruyére cheese then
season with oil , vinegar , salt and pepper
to taste . Set aside .

|
Ingredients for 6 people
|
Boil
rice in lightly salted water for
at least 15 minutes (don't overcook) . Drain
it in a colander and rinse it
with cold water . Set aside .
