Ingredients for 4 people
|
Put leeks (the white part) in a bowl with water , lemon juice and some vinegar for at least three hours . Dry them and cut into very thin slices . Cut finely the endive , crumb tuna fish , the hard boiled egg and the Robiola , cut olives into small pieces . Put everything in a bowl and season with oil , salt and lemon . Mix carefully . |

Ingredients for 6 people
|
Boil cleaned artichokes in salted water .
Sieve them and mix with eggs ,
Ricotta cheese and Parmigiano . Add little
by little milk , salt , pepper and nutmeg .
Grease with butter and flour a non
-stick round mold with a hole
in the middle . Pour in the mixture
and cook in preheated oven (350 F -
180°C) for half an hour . Remove from
the mold and let cool at room
temperature .
