    We  have  a  very  good  meat  and  our  beeves (Piedmontese  Race) are  famous  all  over  in  Italy . It's  a  very  tender  meat  and  very  lean  too. We  cook  it  in  a  simple  way . Our  butchers  are  very  capable  and  they  give  you  the  right  cut  for  any  kind  of  recipe . We'll  try  to  tell  you  the  right  name  of  the  different  cuts . Maybe  they  are  different  from  yours . Ask  for  explanations  please !
