PEPERONI
ALLA PIEMONTESE
|
Ingredients for 4 people
|
Rost peppers (see the prior recipe) . Prepare
in advance oil with herbs . Put on
a platter the peppers stripes . On each
stripe put an anchovy fillet and two
tiny garlic slices . Scatter with capers .
Pour over the oil with herbs
and decorate with fresh basil leaves .

Ingredients for
6 people
|
Cut
leeks into 2 inches (5 cm) pieces
and deep them in salted boiling
water for three minutes . Drain and
squeeze them carefully and let saute
in a skillet with some butter
over moderate heat for a few minutes
.

Ingredients for 6 people
|
Boil
the potatoes unpeeled in a big
amount of water until they are
tender . Drain and cool the potatoes until
you can handle them and peel .
